I believe that each child will develop at their own pace, and that our job as a parent is to nurture and support each developmental milestone and not to push it or &#8216;make it happen&#8217;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Josha started reading fluently <img loading=\"lazy\" width=\"395\" height=\"269\" src=\"\">at the age of 7. I taught him basic phonics when he was 6 years old. It is truly amazing to see how he has progressed from reading just a few words to comic books to story books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The best part is when he reads his most favorite book to me. The same book I used to read to him when he was growing up.
