As we will be changing curriculum to Complete Education Australia next year, we are making it a point to enjoy our final months using Sonlight. We have been using Sonlight for 8 years now and we absolutely love it.

I was drawn to it because of the many many living books it incorporates into the curriculum. It also introduces subjects like science to children at a very young age. With the bible study, having the teachings of our faith incorporated into our day gives us the foundation that we need. We also love the fact that it has couch and table subjects. So on days when we don’t do table subjects like math, science, bible or language arts, we are snuggled on the couch doing history or maybe even science!

Sonlight also gives us the flexibilty to do some of our work over a 3 year span, and that has enabled us to have more time pursuing our other interests like baking, crafts and music.

We will definitely miss Sonlight, however we look forward to an exciting new Australian Curriculum!
